How to add an Email or Email Alias to your account

You can add an email or an email alias to your account by logging on to http://my. QS ISP.net. Depending on the QS ISP service you have purchased, a specified number of email and email aliases may be provided for free or can be added to your account for an additional fee. After logging in, click Services on the menu and select Purchase Service or Upgrade Services.

When adding an email address to your account, please note that there are certain limitations when selecting characters. Refer to Valid Email addresses for more information.

Please note: If you have a Personal Internet Access account and wish to add another email or an email alias to your account, we recommend that you consider upgrading to our Family SmartPak. The package includes 4 email, 6 email aliases and personal webspace (if desired) for only $3.00 more a month.

 


Help us help you! If you contact QS ISP support for assistance please write down any error messages you get when trying to connect to the Internet. Include the name and version of your operating system and the exact text of all error messages. If this information is included in an online case submission or provided to a support representative, it will greatly speed up the troubleshooting process.

Please be aware that some troubleshooting may require uninstallation and reinstallation of operating system files. To ensure that this type of troubleshooting can be accomplished if required, please be sure that you have to have original Operating System CD or Operating system source files on disk on hand.
